Programme Overview

Session 1

1 hour
Heads get the chance to connect as people and leaders, share a snapshot of their schools, and talk openly about priorities, challenges, and hopes for the terms ahead. We’ll also outline the programme, answer questions, agree dates, and set the tone for a supportive, collaborative journey together.

Sessions 2-5

2.5 hours
Agenda for each session:
1.High quality masterclass, gaining practical tools to sharpen your leadership
2.Peer coaching around current priorites/challenges, supporting strategy, resilience and well-being
3.Professional Book Club - Share reflections on most recent group book - providing inspiration and new ideas
4.SWAP SHOP – Sharing of good practice to enhance your leadership further

For sessions 2 - 5, leaders are encouraged to work from home for the whole day, to support self-care and well-being
