Middle Leaders' Coaching Quads Programme

Group coaching (maximum 6) of middle leaders in the same school, or across schools.
Duration: Full academic year

Six 1.5 X hour sessions - one per term

3:30pm - 5:00pm slots available to reduce cover costs

Each session provides: 
a) A high quality workshop
   b) Peer coaching slot  

Take precious time to press pause.

Develop and grow as a leader, along with the support of other middle leaders, who share similar challenges. 

Meeting 6 times (once each half term) over the course of the academic, year you will: 

🤍 Sharpen your leadership skills and expertise, through high quality masterclasses

🤍 Acquire new practical tools and resources to enhance your leadership toolkit

🤍 Support each other to solve problems and navigate priorities through peer coaching

🤍 Share good practice

Leaders will...

✔ Strengthen skills in the more challenging aspects of middle leadership 

âś” Practice and refine their coaching skills, to effectively coach others they lead and also use in a range of in-school situations

âś” Develop effective strategic planning, prioritisation and time management techniques in order to be more strategic around subject leadership/school improvement priorities

âś” Through a detailed leadership self-reflection task, become more self-aware re: their leadership strengths and areas they wish to further develop

✔ Develop knowledge and skills in building highly effective teams 

✔ Learn practical tools to plan and hold successful difficult conversations 

âś” Have time and space to reflect and problem-solve around their own individual leadership priorities and challenges, supported by peers in a safe, non-judgmental space

✔ Develop greater independence in tackling challenges through a transferrable set of problem-solving coaching skills 

âś” Overcome their own limiting self-beliefs and grow in self-confidence

âś” Reflect on their own self-care and gain tools, techniques and easy-to-establish daily practices to enhance well-being

âś” Feel less isolated and more supported through collaborating with colleagues in similar roles who understand the challenges of middle leadership first hand
